12wk scan!!!

Well we are pregnant we had our 12wks scan today and everything is ok!!
This is our 3rd try as we had a negative pregnancy in october!! we have everything crossed that this is going to be a trouble free pregnancy and deep down i dont want to get excited but i am and i cant help it.....
I didnt want to blog until we had the first twelve wks over and now we just have to wait for a month for the next scan!!
Which is the one that turned everything upside down for us with the twiglets but i always think about them....
We are having twins which is just wonderful, we have a surrogate mother who is just amazing and Dr Shivani and her team who have been just great!!!
I just cant wait for my husband to be a dad as he is the most amazing step dad xx

    Fantastic news..and guess what? today (saturday) we're also exactly 12 weeks pregnant with twins as well :) Due to issues in our first trimester, our surrogate will be scanned next weekend at 13 weeks.

    Congratulations to you both!! You guys have been in our thoughts and we wish you the very best for a very boring 6 months ahead. Hope to see you in Delhi! ;)

      I have been reading your blog to..... and hope that yours runs smoothly aswell, we had pregnancy results on 27th december then had email to say our surrogate was spotting on new years eve.... but luckly are surrogate was fine twins were good and the bleed sorted it's self out.. to which i was so relieved, so i have everything crossed for you!! So hope to see you in Delhi,

    Thankyou to everyone for all there kind wishes!! It is an amazing world of surrogacy, and i feel very lucky to be taking this journey with all of you!! Our different lives all take us to india to ladies that will give us a gift that will be with us forever!!
    I find them truly amazing !!!

    I am feeling your nervousness with you 'lisalu' - we were delighted to receive a positive (singleton) 12 week scan on January 31st (after losing a twin at the previous scan) and are now holding our collective breaths for the 16 week scan on March 1st. I really hope we get to meet up in July/August sometime?! X
